To enhance its development and complexity, our wine is aged for a period of fifteen months in a carefully selected blend of concrete eggs, large oak vats, and new barrels that have been used for the second and third time.
Tasting notes
An elegant, fragrant, and complex nose Black fruits, plums, and blackberries are accompanied by floral notes and the wax-like aromas acquired during aging Sweet and spicy woods, licorice, leather, and hints of coconut water contribute to its aromatic profile Mineral notes also add to the overall complexity frank and savory, showcasing excellent acidity and a creamy tannin structure. It exhibits a generous amount of fruit, which lingers for a long and satisfying finish.
