Pure and arresting nose with a nervy, chalky feel. Warm stones, fine herbs, white fruit and lime citrus with a hint of sour cream. Intriguing and brisk on the palate with incisive acidity and crumbled minerality. Deliciously austere and nicely phenolic on the linear, medium-bodied palate. An excellent alternative to Chablis of at least Premier Cru level quality. Mineral-water-like purity. Irresistible now, but can hold, too.

Fresh and nervy nose with a good depth of dark cherries, mulberries, violets, grilled herbs and slate, with white pepper characters. Some wet earth, too. Very juicy and mouthwatering on the medium-bodied palate with deliciously sappy black cherries and blueberries that extend to a long but pristine finish. Drink or hold.
